The receptionist, with his kind smile, made our arrival so cute. He answered all our questions with patience. The hotel's central position allowed for exploration of nearby places. I found air conditioning in the room.

the breakfast had a wide selection. everything was prepared in an open kitchen. i found that reassuring! the location was amazing! it was close to shops and the tram.

The room i initially received was not right. it was in the basement and had a small window. the staff member i encountered on the day shift was not helpful. That was disappointing.

This hotel has a really central location near everything. I walked to shops and restaurants easily! The breakfast included a great variety. It was such a pleasant surprise. the room included air conditioning, and that's a big plus for me. I found the receptionists to be very helpful. The lobby includes AC and comfortable sofas.

I noticed the shoe cleaning service in the room was just average.
